IN MEMORY
Caroline Frances Henze Heid July 5, 1948 -- December 29, 2021
Caroline Frances Henze Heid went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ suddenly, on December 29, 2021. Her family was by her bedside. She is survived by her loving sister, Gloria Jean Henze Frombach, and her adoring niece and nephews, Erich Frombach (Jackie), Liz Lengel (Ray), Matt Frombach (Karen), Ron Kelley (Mary Kay), Alex Williams and many others. Precious Great-aunt of Lizzie, Jacob, Luke, Jules, Anna, Moose, Sammy, Isabel, Grady, and Caroline. She was a dear friend of Richard Muse for many years and her dog, Harry, was her most treasured possession. Carol, or Aunt Carol, as she was known by everyone in not only the family, but the extended family, has left a beautiful mark on this world by simply being in it. Caroline was born and raised in Mt. Lebanon, Pa. and attended Mt. Lebanon High School (class of 1966) and Robert Morris College, graduating Cum laude in 1970. In 1976, Carol created, owned, and operated Heid Productions, a tape duplicating/recording studio in Mt. Lebanon which served the Pittsburgh area for many years. When the CD industry became passé, she went to work for her dear friends at Marketing Express LLC as a Customer Service Coordinator. In both workplaces, she was excellent at human relations and had a very friendly spirit in the business world which people loved. Her greatest joy was traveling with her sister to concerts, Lake o' Woods, North Carolina and Seven Springs, or just hanging out together in Pittsburgh or Cleveland with her family members or her closest friends. She loved the sunshine which fit her sunny personality and her warm laugh. We have lost a great light in this world, a woman who was loved by all who knew her. There are no words to say how much Caroline will be missed. Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUERS. Masks are recommended. Family and friends are welcome at 2630 West Liberty Ave., Dormont, PA, 15216 (412) 531-4000, Sunday, January 16, 2022, from 1:00pm until time of Celebration of Life Service at 2:00pm. The family asks that, in lieu of flower, memorial contributions be made to The Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh, humaneanimalrescue.org. Please view of add tributes at www.beinhauer.com.

Carol was one of my best friends all through high school. I was happy to see her in person a few years ago and I will treasure all of our good memories.

Carol was such a sweet person with an easy laugh. I've missed her since high school and I guess that will continue... I am sending positive healing vibes to her other friends and family.

My fondest memories all surround times spent with Carol. As we re-united about 1990, Carol was the organizer of all the gatherings, 4th of July at the top of Mt Washington, the weekend escapade at Erie, watching the Simpsons on Tuesdays at the restaurant on the corner of Gilkeson and 19 (I think Steak 'N Ale). I miss her as I reminisce the good old days.
